Referral Sources
Due to our multidisciplinary skill set, as well as our service area across Southwestern Ontario, we receive referrals from a variety of sources including:
- Physicians
- Hospitals
- Auto insurers
- Lawyers – representing injured parties
- Long Term Disability Insurers (LTD)
- Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB)
- Veterans Affairs
- Employers
- Government Agencies
- Other medical/rehabilitation professionals
- Self-Referrals

Funding Sources
Many of our rehabilitation services are funded by third parties. The following identifies potential funding sources, depending upon your individual circumstances.
